How do I order Videos online?
Just click in the box of each Video you wish to order. Once you select the Videos on that page simply click the ADD VideoS TO ORDER button. The Videos will be added to your order which will be displayed at the top of the page in a designated area. Order all the Videos you want and make sure that your order is correct. When your ready to proceed and pay for your order simply click the ORDER VideoS button. This will take you to a secure ordering page. Enter your billing info and submit your order. After you submit your info you will be taken to a page with a link to your download area. (PRINT THIS PAGE OUT) Once your in the download area click the Activate button to activate the link and then you can Right Click on your Video link and select Save Target As and save them to your hard drive. You will also receive an email within A few minutes. Your email will contain the url that you need to goto as well as your VideoID#. If you don't get an email at all please email us at once and we will take care of the problem immediately.

How long does it take to download the Videos?
This answer varies depending on what speed your modem is. Most of the Videos are around 70MB. If you use a cable modem the Video should take approximately 10 - 20 minutes. You can figure your time based on the cable modem time. Again we can't guarantee a certain speed for everyone. All Videos are downloaded from our high speed OC-12 line.

I never received an email with my Video order..why?
It is possible that you entered your email address wrong. This happens alot and we ask that you double check when you enter your email address. If you feel you entered your email correctly and you don't receive your email within 10 minutes please email us at info@Videos4sale.com to make us aware of the problem. Please give the email a chance to get to you before you start emailing us. Sometimes AOL and Hotmail users won't get emails. You don't need the email at all because we already provide you with the link to the downloada area after your order is approved.

My Video order was not accepted..why?
The only reasons your Video order will not be accepted is if your credit card company declines you or perhaps you entered your credit card information incorrectly.

Can I buy Videos and have them burned on a CD and sent to me?
This all depends on the store in which you purchased the Videos from. You should email them prior to ordering to see if they allow this option.

Yes.....you must use a valid Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express card.

Your Videos will be available for up to 48hrs.

What format are the video Videos?
Each store has there own Videos that they sell. It's up to them to choose what format they want their Videos to be sold in. The Videos we offer are MPG, RM, WMV, MOV, and AVI. We do provide you with links to download all the players needed to view all formats listed.

When viewing my Video all I get is sound and no picture...why?
If this happens chances are you need to use DIVX player to view the Videos. All AVI's can be viewed with DIVX player. Check the site for a link to download DIVX player.

Corrupt or Invalid file message when trying to play file..why?
First make sure that you have downloaded the entire file. If your ISP disconnects you during the download you would need to download it again. A good way to make sure you have the entire file is to check to see how many MB you are receiving from the download and then compare it with the file on your computer after it's downloaded. If the size is not the same then you didn't receive the entire file....go back and re-download the Video. If this still doesn't work then check and make sure you do not have NORTON Anti-Virus running during the download. This should solve the problem.

What media player do I use to view the Video(s)?
For MPG's and WMV's use Windows Media Player...for RM's use Real Player....for AVI's use Divx Player and for MOV's use Quick Time Player. We provide you with links to all the players in the download area.

Will I be able to watch the Video while it's downloading?
No.....all Videos are sent in ZIP format and must be downloaded before viewing. Once downloaded you can use any zip utility to unzip it. We recommend WinZip.

Where do the Videos download to?
In the download area simply Right Click on each link and do a Save Target As. You can rename the Video and save it anywhere on your computer that you want.
